Chocolate Cake

Chocolate Cake

1 cup butter,
1 and half cup sugar,
3/4 cup cocoa powder,
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups flour,
2 eggs,
2 teaspoon baking soda,
1 and a half teaspoon baking powder,
1 cup of fresh milk,
1 cup of boiling water.

Cream butter and sugar sampai kembang, masukkan telur
and beat lagi. Masukkan tepung, b. soda, b. powder,
garam dan koko. Masukkan susu, selang selikan dengan
bahan2 kering tadi. Last skali masukkan boiling water
and beat sikit, but not to over beat.

Ganache( Wiz letak sebagai filling kat dalam kek.

Wiz guna 1:1 of cream and cooking chocolate. Double
boilkan.

Fondant

Double boil half cup water with 6 teaspoon of gelatin
bila dah cair masukkan 1 tablespoon glucose and 2
Tablespoon glycerine.

Wiz slalu guna dalam 1.25kg icing sugar, or maybe
more. Tak tentu, kekadang guna lebih, kekadang sikit
pulak, tak tau la kenapa.
