Sausage Roll

Sausage Roll ni pon boleh difrozenkan. Cuma selepas step salut dgn breadcrumbs tu masukkan dalam freezer terus. Bila nak makan baru goreng.

Sausage Roll

Ingredients

Slices of Bread
Sausage
Breadcrumbs
Egg(s)
Flour & water
Oil to fry

Method

Steam the bread slices.
Boil the sausages.
Roll a rolling pin over the steamed bread. (The bread are steamed so that it will be easier to flatten and will not absorb too much oil when fried)
Place a sausage on the bread, roll up and seal with a mixture flour and water.
Beat the eggs. Soak the sausage roll in the eggs.
Roll it on the breadcrumbs.
Fry it over medium heat.
