MEE TOMATO GORENG BASAH

MEE TOMATO GORENG BASAH

Bahan-Bahan

In Malay
½ kg daging lembut, dipotong nipis 2 cm
3 cawan air untuk merebus daging
½ kg sotong, dibersihkan dan dipotong 3 cm
½ kg udang hidup, buang kulit tinggalkan ekornya

12 biji lada merah } dikisar
8 ulas bawang putih } halus

1 kg mi kuning, dilalukan sebentar dibawah air dan toskan
½ kg sawi, dipotong 4 cm
2 pokok daun sup, dipotong 3 cm
500 g tauge
4 biji tomato, dihiris
1 tin tomato puri 220 g
5 sudu makan minyak
Garam dan sedikit gula

BAHAN HIASAN
2 biji telur didadar dan dihiris
4 biji tomato, dihiris
2 batang daun sup, potong 3 cm
Bawang goreng
4 biji lada merah, dihiris

1 kg yellow noodles, washed and drained
½ kg sawi (tingen vegetables), cut 4 cm long
2 stalk spring onions, cut 3 cm long
500 g tauge
4 whole tomatoes, chopped
1 tin pureed tomato, 220 g
5 tablespoon oil
salt and sugar

INGREDIENTS – GARNISHES
2 eggs, shredded omellete
4 whole tomatoes, cut into 6
2 stalk spring onion, cut 3 cm long
Fried shallots
4 red chillies, chopped

Cara Cara

In Malay

Rebus daging dengan sedikit garam dan 3 cawan air sehingga empuk. Tapis dan ketepikan 2 cawan air rebusan. Panaskan minyak didalam kuali. Tumis bahan kisar sehingga garing sedikit. Masukkan
tomato puri, daging rebus, 2 cawan air rebusan, garam dan gula.Setelah mendidih masukkan sotong dan udang. Gaul sampai rata.

Masukkan mi dan hirisan tomato. Balik-balikkan sampai rata. Masukkan sawi dan daun sup. Akhir sekali, masukkan taugeh dan segera matikan api

Boil meat with a little salt and 3 cups of water. Drain meat and set aside 2 cups of meat stock. Heat oil in pan. Saute grinded ingredients. Add pureed tomato, boiled meat, 2 cups meat stock, salt and sugar, bring to boil. Add squids and prawns. Mix well.
Add noodles and sliced tomatoes. Mix evenly. Add sawi and tauge. Turn heat off
