Udang geragau goreng


teeny, weeny shrimps (udang geragau) - sift for larger shrimps, small fishes, stones. wash very clean red onions, sliced fresh chillies, sliced self-raising flour eggs salt oil 1. mix everything together, except flour. 2. put in flour little by little to make a soft mixture. do not add water. 3. fry spoonful by spoonful in hot oil.
this is my mum's recipe. the self-raising flour will cause the mixture to fry into succulent bombs, so try not to scoop too much when frying. this is best eaten hot.
